«معلم هب» (MuallemHub) منصة تعليمية تربط المعلمين بالطلاب. تتكون المنصة من تطبيق للموبايل (أندرويد وiOS) وموقع إلكتروني ولوحة تحكم إدارية، وتتيح للمعلمين نشر الكورسات والدروس المسجلة وتنظيم الجلسات المباشرة، وللطلاب التسجيل فيها والتواصل مع المعلمين.
تنطبق هذه السياسة على جميع خدمات معلم هب. باستخدامك المنصة فإنك توافق على جمع بياناتك واستخدامها وفق ما هو موضح هنا.
٢البيانات التي نجمعها
أ) بيانات تقدّمها أنت
ب) بيانات تنشأ أثناء الاستخدام
- التسجيل في الكورسات وحالته، وتقدّمك في مشاهدة الدروس، وسجل الحضور في الجلسات.
- رصيد المحفظة وسجل عمليات الشحن والدفع (بدون بيانات البطاقة).
- الإشعارات المرسلة إليك.
- بيانات تقنية ضرورية لتشغيل الخدمة وحمايتها، مثل عنوان IP وسجلات الخادم ووقت الطلبات.
ج) بيانات من خدمات خارجية
- عند تسجيل الدخول بحساب Google: الاسم والبريد الإلكتروني ومعرّف الحساب. التفاصيل في القسم ٤.
٣كيف نستخدم بياناتك
- تشغيل الخدمة: إنشاء حسابك، وتسجيل الدخول، وعرض الكورسات المناسبة لمرحلتك ومنطقتك، وتمكين التسجيل والمشاهدة والمحادثة.
- التحقق والأمان: إرسال رموز التحقق (OTP) إلى بريدك، واستعادة كلمة المرور، ومنع إساءة الاستخدام.
- الجلسات المباشرة: جدولة جلسات المعلم في تقويم Google مع رابط Google Meet، وإرسال تذكيرات للطلاب.
- المدفوعات: معالجة شراء باقات النقاط، وتحديث رصيد المحفظة، وتطبيق أكواد الخصم.
- الإشعارات: إبلاغك بالرسائل الجديدة، ومواعيد الجلسات، والتسجيلات، والتحديثات المهمة.
- الجودة والإدارة: مراجعة الكورسات قبل نشرها، والرد على طلبات الدعم، وتحسين المنصة من خلال إحصائيات إجمالية.
- الالتزامات القانونية: عند وجود طلب قانوني ملزم.
٤بيانات حساب Google
يمكنك تسجيل الدخول بحساب Google. ويمكن للمعلم، إذا رغب، ربط حسابه بخدمات Google لتنظيم الجلسات. نطلب الصلاحيات التالية فقط:

- تُحفظ رموز الوصول الخاصة بـ Google لدينا مشفّرة، وتُستخدم فقط لتنفيذ الإجراءات التي يطلبها المستخدم.
- يمكنك إلغاء ربط حسابك في أي وقت من داخل التطبيق، أو من صفحة أذونات حساب Google على الرابط myaccount.google.com/permissions.
٥المدفوعات
تتم عمليات الدفع الإلكتروني لشحن المحفظة عبر مزوّد الدفع Stripe. تُدخل بيانات بطاقتك مباشرة في صفحة Stripe الآمنة، ولا نخزّن أرقام البطاقات أو رموز الأمان على خوادمنا. نحتفظ فقط بمعلومات العملية، مثل المبلغ والباقة وحالة الدفع ورقمها المرجعي، لإدارة رصيدك وسجل عملياتك. تخضع البيانات التي يعالجها Stripe لـسياسة خصوصية Stripe.
٧ما يراه المستخدمون الآخرون
- ملف المعلم العام: الاسم والصورة والنبذة والمواد والمؤهلات والمناطق والكورسات، ويراه الطلاب لاختيار المعلم.
- الطالب المسجّل في كورس: يرى معلمُ الكورس اسمَه وصورته وتقدّمه في الدروس وحضوره في الجلسات.
- المحادثات: يرى رسائلك في مجموعة الكورس أعضاءُ تلك المجموعة، والرسائل الخاصة يراها طرفا المحادثة فقط.
بريدك الإلكتروني ورقم هاتفك لا يظهران للمستخدمين الآخرين.
٨حماية البيانات
- تشفير جميع الاتصالات عبر HTTPS.
- حفظ كلمات المرور بشكل مشفّر لا يمكن استرجاعه (hashing).
- تشفير رموز الوصول الخاصة بحسابات Google.
- روابط مؤقتة وموقّعة لمشاهدة فيديوهات الدروس والملفات، لا يصل إليها إلا المستخدم المصرّح له.
- صلاحيات محددة لفريق الإدارة، مع سجل لعملياته.
لا توجد وسيلة نقل أو تخزين آمنة بنسبة ١٠٠٪، لكننا نعمل باستمرار على حماية بياناتك وتحسين الأمان.
٩مدة الاحتفاظ بالبيانات
- نحتفظ ببيانات حسابك طوال فترة نشاطه.
- عند حذف الحساب نوقف الحساب فوراً، ونحذف بياناته الشخصية أو نجعلها مجهولة الهوية خلال ٣٠ يوماً كحد أقصى.
- قد نحتفظ بسجلات المدفوعات والعمليات المالية للمدة التي يفرضها القانون أو التي تلزم لحل النزاعات، وبنسخ احتياطية تُحذف تلقائياً ضمن دورتها الاعتيادية.
- تبقى رموز التحقق (OTP) صالحة لدقائق معدودة فقط.
١٠حذف الحساب وحقوقك
يحق لك:
- الوصول والتعديل: عرض بياناتك وتعديلها من صفحة الملف الشخصي في التطبيق أو الموقع.
- الحذف: طلب حذف حسابك وبياناتك المرتبطة به.
- سحب الإذن: إلغاء ربط حساب Google في أي وقت.
- الاستفسار والاعتراض: السؤال عن طريقة معالجة بياناتك أو الاعتراض عليها.
كيف تطلب حذف حسابك؟
- أرسل بريداً إلكترونياً إلى privacy@muallemhub.com من البريد المسجّل في حسابك، بعنوان «طلب حذف حساب».
- سنتحقق من ملكية الحساب ونؤكد لك استلام الطلب.
- نوقف الحساب فوراً، ونحذف البيانات خلال ٣٠ يوماً كحد أقصى، وفق ما ورد في القسم ٩.
ملاحظة: الرصيد غير المستخدم في المحفظة قد لا يكون قابلاً للاسترداد بعد حذف الحساب.
١١القاصرون
المنصة موجّهة لطلاب المدارس والجامعات وللمعلمين، وغير موجّهة للأطفال دون ١٣ عاماً. إذا كان عمر المستخدم أقل من ١٨ عاماً فيجب أن يستخدم المنصة بموافقة وليّ أمره وتحت إشرافه، ويتولى وليّ الأمر عمليات الدفع. إذا علمنا بوجود حساب لطفل دون ١٣ عاماً دون موافقة وليّ أمره فسنحذفه.
١٢التعديلات على السياسة
قد نحدّث هذه السياسة من وقت لآخر، وسننشر النسخة المحدّثة على هذه الصفحة مع تعديل تاريخ «آخر تحديث». وفي حال وجود تغييرات جوهرية سنبلغك بها عبر التطبيق أو البريد الإلكتروني.

1Who we are
MuallemHub (“معلم هب”, “we”, “us”) is an educational platform that connects teachers with students. It consists of a mobile app (Android and iOS), a website, and an admin dashboard. Teachers publish courses, recorded lessons and live sessions; students enroll and communicate with their teachers.
This policy applies to all MuallemHub services. By using the platform, you agree to the collection and use of your information as described here.
2Data we collect
a) Information you provide
b) Information generated by your use
- Course enrollments and their status, lesson progress, and live-session attendance.
- Wallet balance and top-up/payment history (no card details).
- Notifications sent to you.
- Technical data needed to run and protect the service, such as IP address, server logs and request times.
c) Information from third parties
- If you sign in with Google: your name, email address and Google account ID. See section 4.
3How we use your data
- Provide the service: create your account, sign you in, show courses relevant to your level and area, and enable enrollment, viewing and chat.
- Verification & security: send one-time codes (OTP) to your email, reset passwords, and prevent abuse.
- Live sessions: schedule a teacher’s sessions in Google Calendar with a Google Meet link and send reminders to students.
- Payments: process point-package purchases, update wallet balances, and apply promo codes.
- Notifications: tell you about new messages, upcoming sessions, enrollments and important updates.
- Quality & administration: review courses before publishing, answer support requests, and improve the platform using aggregated statistics.
- Legal obligations: when required by a binding legal request.
4Google account data
You can sign in with Google. Teachers may also choose to connect their Google account to organize live sessions. We request only the following scopes:

- Google access tokens are stored encrypted and used only to perform actions the user requests.
- You can disconnect at any time inside the app, or from your Google Account permissions page at myaccount.google.com/permissions.
5Payments
Online wallet top-ups are processed by Stripe. Your card details are entered directly on Stripe’s secure page, and we never store card numbers or security codes on our servers. We keep only transaction information, such as amount, package, payment status and reference ID, to manage your balance and history. Data processed by Stripe is governed by the Stripe Privacy Policy.
7What other users can see
- Teacher public profile: name, photo, bio, subjects, qualifications, areas and courses, visible to students choosing a teacher.
- Enrolled students: a course’s teacher can see the student’s name, photo, lesson progress and session attendance.
- Chats: course group messages are visible to members of that group; private messages are visible only to the two participants.
Your email address and phone number are not shown to other users.
8Security
- All connections are encrypted over HTTPS.
- Passwords are stored using one-way hashing.
- Google access tokens are encrypted at rest.
- Lesson videos and files are delivered through short-lived signed links, available only to authorized users.
- Admin staff have role-based permissions, and admin actions are logged.
No method of transmission or storage is 100% secure, but we continuously work to protect your data and improve security.
9Data retention
- We keep your account data while your account is active.
- When you delete your account, it is deactivated immediately, and its personal data is deleted or anonymized within 30 days.
- We may keep payment and financial records for as long as required by law or needed to resolve disputes, and backups are erased in their normal rotation.
- One-time verification codes expire within minutes.
10Account deletion & your rights
You have the right to:
- Access and correct your data from the profile page in the app or website.
- Delete your account and associated data.
- Withdraw consent by disconnecting your Google account at any time.
- Ask or object to how your data is processed.
How to request account deletion
- Email privacy@muallemhub.com from the email address registered to your account, with the subject “Account deletion request”.
- We will verify account ownership and confirm receipt.
- Your account is deactivated immediately and its data deleted within 30 days, as described in section 9.
Note: unused wallet balance may not be refundable after the account is deleted.
11Minors
The platform is intended for school and university students and for teachers, and is not directed to children under 13. Users under 18 must use the platform with the consent and supervision of a parent or guardian, who should handle any payments. If we learn that a child under 13 has an account without parental consent, we will delete it.
12Changes to this policy
We may update this policy from time to time. The updated version will be posted on this page with a new “Last updated” date. If changes are significant, we will notify you through the app or by email.
